Now as you’re all aware, I’m gluten and lactose intolerant so I’ve come up with my team of chefs a recipe for some of the best gluten free bread I’ve ever eaten.
Yeah I might be a little biased because I love my trade and the chefs I work along side with daily but I’ve never seen a gluten free bread like this before.
300g rice flour
200 g corn flour
200g potato starch
30g gluten free starter
30g malt syrup
20g olive oil
20g chia seeds
Place all wet ingredients into mixing bowl then place all dry on top.
Mix the ingredients together and and place into moulds.
Place a damp towel over the moulds and allow to prove till the dough has risen by half.
Bake in the oven at 200 degree for 1hour 10 minutes.
Allow the bread to sit and rest for 30minutes before slicing
